A Year in Pictures & Thoughts... November

Well, the first day of November I received my brand new iPhone 4s.  I had ordered it before it came out in stores but it took a month for me to get it.  Siri quickly became a hit... asking her random questions... and getting random answers.

The big news this month is that I got Fin... well, he was named Frank the Tank when I met him but his name was quickly changed to Finley Parker.  Finley because of Jimmy Buffett's song Fin.  And Parker because everyone kept asking me if I named him after that baseball stadium... Fenway (but they thought it was Finley... I think they were combining Fenway and Rigley...).  So, it stuck.  My new "little" 10 week old 25lb. Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy came home with me.  I met him on a Sunday evening and he was brought home with my on that Tuesday.

He went on many puppy playdates this month... I wanted him to be a social dog... good with people and animals.  He went to C & M's house to play with their dog Kaipo... my friends Stephanie & Tim's house to play with their dog Cooper... on a houseboat owned by my friend Jamie and her husband to play with their 2 border collies.  We had a great time!  We also went hiking at Latta Plantation and went to PetSmart.

Fin and I went to PA for Thanksgiving.  He did great on the 6 1/2 hour drive, sleeping most of the time.

This month was mostly about Fin.  :)  And Holy Yoga.
